设备特点：
1、挤出机采用***变频电机驱动，塑化稳定、一致性好；
2、挤出装置：机筒和螺杆是本机的关键部分，物料的塑化和挤出在这里进行。机筒和螺杆均采用优质氮化钢38CrMoALA制成，表面经过一周气体氮化处理，具有硬度高、耐磨和抗腐蚀等良好机械性能，***延长了其使用寿命。
3、本机机筒加热采用铸铝加热器，外罩不锈钢风罩，美观节能，耐热性能好，使用寿命长，传热均匀，更换方便；风机通过设定的通道冷却(超温时自动开风机冷却)，冷却效果好。
4、传动装置：驱动电机与减速器直接连接，减速器输出轴与螺杆连接，驱动螺杆旋转。该传动装置结构紧凑，工作平稳，承载压力强。
